Songs / Albums heard that never appear in my list

I´m subscriber Spotify Premium service and lately has been something that has bothered enough: every moment I open the application (ios) appear songs / artists in my "recently played" I've never heard and music added to my artists / songs that also never saved or added in my listings.
every time you access the app have to keep wiping it off and that ultimately hurts my personalized experience with the app. Anyone had this problem and managed to solve?

It sounds like your account may be getting used somewhere else. Have you used the "Sign Out Everywhere" function from your account page?

Yes've used this option, changed the password, and deleted and again downloaded the app and the problem continues. The support can not solve !!!

Hm...I recommend reaching out to Spotify Support at this point. They can be reached through their Twitter Page @SpotifyCares or through the online contact form.

Make sure to check your inbox and junk folder for an email from Spotify. Once you get it, make sure to reply back right away, even if it says it's from a "no-reply" email.
