My Question or Issue

Sometimes I can't listen to a song, I find something in the search, I click and nothing happens until I add the song to my favorite tracks and only after that it starts playing

sometimes I have to add a song to my favorites even when I don't like it

Thanks for reaching out to the Community about this.  

This might sound simple, but we recommend logging out and back in so that your account info gets refreshed. Make sure to also perform a clean reinstall of the app following the steps here.  

If that doesn't do the trick, let us know if it's happening on all of your devices and on both wireless and mobile data.
