Songs are not playing when offline even though Downloaded.

My Question or Issue

So I downloaded some playlists which I like but when I use them offline some songs dont load, they just stay at 0:00. I have been using spotify premium for a while now and this never happened. Any idea how to fix it or who to contact.

Hope you're doing great!

Could you try a clean reinstall of the app? Just follow these steps.

If the issue persists try using Sign Out Everywhere and Remove Offline devices options from your Spotify account.

Also, try updating to iOS 12.4.1
