Songs fully deleted ?

Hi there

pkease excuse my question, i am a newish user.

I am running out of storeage space on my phone and need to delete some albums.

To remove a downloaded album, I untogle the download button and confirm remove. The download button is white.

however the song/album still shows with a green arrow to the left of it.

Does this mean that the somg/album is still sitting on my phone and using up storeage space ?

Hey @Borischelski, welcome to the Community.

Hope you're doing great!

If the green arrow is next to them it means that they're downloaded and available for offline listening. To confirm that go to Settings and find Storage, there you'll get detailed information of what's going on with the storage.

If the songs don't get deleted I'd recommend performing a clean reinstall.
