Hey @Julian_V
Do you both have Spotify accounts based in the same country? Song availability can differ between countries due to agreements with the music labels.
Are the songs she added local files (MP3 files that only the owner can see)

Songs that are not available for you to play will be greyed out.
Can you go into the Spotify app settings on your phone and make sure "Hide unplayable songs" is turned off under playback? That way you will be able to see the greyed out songs even if they are unplayable and that should help you see why they are not showing up.
Hey @Julian_V
I see this was marked as solved. Did you get this sorted out?
I have marked this thread as unsolved.
So you can see the songs in the playlist on her phone, but not on your phone? Have you tried checking the internet connection on the phone? It could be that the changes to the playlist were never uploaded to the Spotify server.
Can you log out of the account on the phone with all of the songs and then log back in with that same account. This should force it to connect to the Spotify server if it somehow got stuck. Then try to see if the songs show up on the other phone (exit app and relaunch it)
Are you still having trouble with this?
Does this problem happen with any other playlists? Or is it just this one playlist?
Can you login to the Spotify desktop app with this account and make a new playlist and then CTRL + A (to select all songs) from the current playlist and then add them to the new playlist. Does the new playlist show all of the songs on your phone?
