No facebook login possible

Hi,
I've been trying to connect to facebook from the iOS app. The app is indeed allowed on facebook but I still can't reach my friends or be logged in. I've just created a family account and had a previous account from which I want to import the playlists. How should I proceed?

Try logging in to the account page here:

https://www.spotify.com/account/overview/

There should be a button to connect your Spotify account to your Facebook account. Try that instead of doing it in the iOS app. Does that work?

To have your playlists tranfered over from another account, you will need to contact support,

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.

Hey @MattSuda

The link you've provided works, and I can login with my facebook credentials. Though, on the app I am stil connected to my old free account "patru8" where the playlists are. When I created the family premium, it somehow made it on another accound. I will contact support as well for the library copy.

Any other suggestion?
