Songs not being added to my playlist despite pop-up saying they are

Songs not being added to my playlist despite pop-up saying they are

Hello,

I just discovered songs that I add to my big playlist are not actually being added, despite the pop-up confirming they are. The number of songs has not gone up from 9,969 in some time, and if I sort the playlist by recently added, the latest song was added months ago. What is causing this? Is there some way to access these songs or are they lost to this deception?

Thanks for reaching out. Could you please provide us the following:

  • Is this on all devices or only on specific one(s)?
  • Does it happen on different networks? If you haven't tested this, please do so.
  • When did this start happening?
  • Does this happen with all playlists or only the big one? Does it happen with smaller and newly created playlists too?

With this information, we’d be happy to investigate.
