Songs play for about five seconds, then stop

I have a premium account and I’ve been having this issue for a while. I try to play any song, and it will pause about five seconds in. I close the app and try to restart but the problem persists.

Just a couple notes for troubleshooting:

1) I tried a reinstall but nothing changed. 

2) I’ve tried changing to different WiFi. That didn’t help either. 

Any song seems fair game for this problem. I basically can’t use the app right now because of this.
