Songs skipping

Hi guys I'm getting really fed up with Spotify as the songs won't play they just skip to the next, then next, then next without playing. I pay for this service and it is used in my restaurant, not happy

This doesn't sound good. 

Could you let us know your device and Spotify versión? Also, are you getting any error messages?
