Songs werden nicht gefunden Playlisten nicht angezeigt.

Ich habe ein neues IPhone 16 pro. Die App habe installiert und mich ganz normal angemeldet. Jetzt werden meine Playlisten nicht angezeigt. Meine Lieblingssongs sind alle weg. Wenn Lieder suche dann sucht es Ewigkeiten und findet nicht ein einziges Lied. Trotz wlan- Verbindung usw. In den Einstellungen wird mein Account angezeigt und ich seh auch meine Playlisten und allen denen ich folge usw. Aber wenn ich was hören oder hinzugefügen möchte ist es so als hätte ich einen neuen Account. (Ich habe premium) am pc und anderen Geräten kann ich mich normal einloggen.

über Shazam kann ich auch keine gefundenen Lieder über Spotify abspielen.

If you're absolutely sure you're logged in the correct account, we'd suggest starting off with a clean reinstall of the app and checking if you get the same behavior in the web player. If not, make sure the Spotify app has access to mobile and WiFi data.

 

If the issue persists, please share your exact app version and send us a few screenshots of how things look on your end.

Thanks, the problem has been resolved for now. However, there are still a few small issues with Shazam because the songs I find don’t always open immediately on Spotify. It keeps searching but doesn’t find them. I have to completely close Spotify and search again in Shazam. Then it works on the second try. This happens with every song, no matter how well-known it is. I hope the context is clear from the screenshots. 🙂 

Previously, I had an iPhone 14 Pro and always kept the app up to date, and there were never any problems.
