Songs won't play

Hello, since about one week ago I have had issues with my spotify. I pay for premium and I download songs on WiFi at home then use spotify for music when I'm out. I keep having this problem that only half or less of the song plays, it goes silent for the rest of the song but still doesn't change songs. I've made sure they have fully downloaded and I still have that problem. It is only happening with new songs I've just downloaded. Any help would be appreciated as I miss my music for my morning commute and can't reach to change the song while driving when it goes silent each time! I want to speak with spotify personally but I cannot find where to do that!

It's going to be a little inconvenient, but when I've had this issue in the past I've uninstalled then reinstalled the app and redownloaded the music and the issue was fixed.
