Songs won't play

I've had Spotify for maybe 3 years, and I switched to Apple Music for a while as I was using my mum's account for spotify and it kept messing up as she would want to listen to music at the same time as me. Recently she got the Spotify family upgrade, and I installed Spotify yesterday and downloaded all my music, and the songs won't play without internet, they'll just sit on 0:99 and not do anything. Only 3 of my songs play without internet. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app but that has done nothing. Can someone please help? I'm probably just going to go back to Apple Music if this dois don't work, as that sa end to be the better opinion and I have had no mishaps whilst being with apple muic.
