Hi there!

I know it sounds simple, but it's often overlooked. Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a quick clean reinstall of the app. Just follow these steps.

I'd also recommend updating both iOS and Spotify 🙂

If you're still having trouble, could you let me know the exact version of Spotify and the exact version of the operating system you're running?

I already rebooted the phone and uninstalled/ reinstalled Spotify to the following version
Operating System
(iOS 12.2, spotify 8.5.7

Still no word genre on my iPhone X

Thanks for getting back to us 🙂

If you can't find it under Browse > Genres, log in on the desktop app and search for spotify:genre:word. You can save/follow any of the playlists that you like in this category - you can then listen to them on your mobile.
