Spotify App crashing on iPhone 5S

I've updated my App and quit all other applications and yet Spotify crashes part way through the first song. I also have a decent amount of storage space free.

Any rescue ideas?

You could try reinstalling the app, if that doesn't work you may need to backup and restore your phone. Hope this helps.

I have the same issue... I have detected that it happens also when I have Waze opened and navigating. When it doesn't crash Spotify is terrible slow... I'm using it on an iPhone 5S with IOS 9.3.1

Did this help? If I reinstall the app I also have to download over a 1000 songs for the 'offline' perk for a premium payer which seems a lot of fuss. Does anyone have an answer from Spotify? It seems we are not aloe this problem being in existence since 2012!
