Spotify App looks different, won't make playlists or open music library

Hi, I downloaded Spotify to my mom's LG G3 today only to find that her app looks completely different. She only has three menu options. It has "Mixes," "Home," and "Search." There is no music library and no playlists. Everything gets put into a mix and individual songs are completely unmanageable. Did I do something to make it this way? It is absolutely ridiculous and almost too much work to even use. 

Should I just expect it to look like this? My phone's app is up to date and looks nothing like it.

Ah okay, that does look like an A/B test! Spotify is always testing new features with selected groups of people. If you want to get to know more about this, just head over here.
