Spotify Connect For Desktop App

My iPhone will not show the name of my laptop onder the connect section. So therefore i cannot control it wirelessly from my iPhone. it is under the same wifi and on my laptop it shows my device but on my phone it does not. How can i Fix this?

Currently you cannot control your desktop from your iPhone because connect for deskop hasn't been released yet.

Connect will be added to the desktop in a future update. When connect was first announced last year, it was first added to the mobile apps and the developers plan on bringing it to the desktop in the near future.

Soon enough it should work without problems as the developers fix all the bugs.
