Spotify Connect to Home Entertainment Sys Receiver (Pioneer VSX 43) through Apple AirPlay

1.  Receiver and Apple device on same wireless network.
 
2.  Receiver is Spotify-ready.  Firmware up-to-date.
 
3.  Stream music on Iphone/Pad.
 
4.  Pull up Airplay from bottom of screen.
 
5.  Select the wireless network receiver is on.
 
or, to more easily control Spotify from Iphone, and to receive phone calls on phone (and not thru entertainment sys. speakers):
 
4.  Select the song that is playing so that it the graphic fills the phone/pad screen.
 
5. Select the Spotify logo (bottom-right);  it changes from gray to green.
 
6. Select the wireless network receiver is on.  Airplay will override receiver settings similar to #5 above.  No hard wire between Apple device
     and receiver required.

No issue. I posted what I could not find anywhere else as a community service to fellow Spotifiers (Premium only, I think). For me, an old guy, there is much "gee whiz" cool to the wireless sync of the components.
