Spotify Issues with CarPlay (Still not resolved)

Required Information:

Plan - Premium

Country - USA, PA

Device - Phone X

Operating System -iOS 14.4 

Carplay Headunit - Sony XAV-AX5000 (Firmware Ver. 1.04)
Connection Type - Wired (Apple Lighting Cable to USB)

Troubleshooting You Tried:
(1) Logged out of Spotify App, and Logged back in

(2) Uninstalled the Spotify App, Rebooted iPhone, Reinstalled Spotify App
(3) Backup'd iPhone, Wiped iPhone, did a Fresh Install without Restoring Backing, installing Spotify only
(4) Tried a new Apple cable
(5) Updated Sony unit to latest firmware 1.04

(6) Reset Sony unit to factory settings 

(7) Spotify Test account - same issues

My Question or Issue

I have big issues with Spotify on my CarPlay Unit, and I really hope I can get a fix that doesn't take more then 3 months to resolve; fingers crossed.

ISSUE #1
When my car is on, and I plug my iPhone into CarPlay and Spotify on my iPhone already has a song loaded, the CarPlay unit doesn't load song into CarPlay and doesn't autoplay that song, it instead just goes to the Home Screen of Spotify on CarPlay showing no playing songs when it should. it just doesn't carry over.

ISSUE #2

When my iPhone is already plugged into my CarPlay unit no power yet and I start my car. when carplay loads the song on my iPhone doesnt carry over and load into carplay spotify at all.

ISSUE #3
In the odd times I plug my iPhone into CarPlay on the test account and it did carry over to carplay and automatically played the song already on my iPhone, there still is an issue where it stays on the Home page, instead of going to the Now playing screen like it should.

ISSUE #4 No Audio
When iPhone is plugged into Carplay and playing a song, with Spotify also active on the CarPlay screen. when you disconnect the iPhone from CarPlay, and plug it back in what happens is it reconnects continues playing the song for 4-5 seconds then that audio goes out, but music is still playing. (happens every time). this should not happen.

My recorded files are too big so Im posting links to them so the technical team can see them. please get this post to them mods! thanks

When I plug my iPhone into CarPlay it by default should go to Library Page, and not the home page. Having an option to have it always load into Library instead would be fair considering we do pay for spotify; most of us anyway.
