Hey @Mod31276, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

Let's see what's going on.

Could you try resetting your AirPods Pro following these steps? If that doesn't help, try restarting your iPhone.

If you're still having troubles, let me know if this happens when you only use the Spotify app or if it happens on specific apps or at specific times.

Also, let me know the iOS version of your iPhone 8. You can find this by going to Settings > General > About.

Let me know how this goes!

It did help but also I noticed that every time my Apple Watch screen locked the music paused and when I lifted my wrist to to

press play and the screen lit up the music started playing again.

so I’ve removed Spotify app from my watch and all is well.

thanks for the help

Hey @Mod31276,

You're welcome, I'm happy I was able to help.

If you would like to use Spotify app on your Apple Watch in the future, you can always restart your Apple Watch, and make sure that your Watch is up to date. There is also some more information on Spotify on Apple Watch here

You can start a new topic if you need help with anything in the future.

Have a nice day!
