Spotify Premium Mobile Not Working With Bluetooth

Spotify Premium Mobile Not Working With Bluetooth

I recently purchased Spotify Premium, and I tried using it on the mobile app. My plan shows up as premium and I have the premium features, but when I connect my bluetooth earbuds to my phone, the spotify premium features (devices, group session, song cover, loop, queue, ect.) all disappear. It goes back to looking like the regular free spotify version. I tried logging out and uninstalling and reinstalling already. The first picture I attached is what it looks like with bluetooth attatched and the second is what Premium looks like regularly.

Hey there @floofythealpaca,

 

Thank you for your post here in the Community.

 

Can you try to perform a clean reinstall of the app? This will make sure there's no old cache files causing this.

 

Also - does this occur when you're signed in at the account and connect to bluetooth or do you connect to bluetooth before signing into your account?

We'll keep an eye out for your reply.
