Spotify Premium not Working on Iphone

Hi,

 

If anyone could give me a hand with this issue it would be grand.

 

My iphone spotify account is not recognising that I've signed up to premium - when trying to use premium features I get the message that it is "only available for spotify premium users in your region".

 

I've tried removing the app and redownloading and logging out and in again. Neither worked.

Can you just double check your subscription is active on your online overview

 

If so, try removing the application, fully restarting your device and then installing again.

Can you just double check your subscription is active on your online overview

 

If so, try removing the application, fully restarting your device and then installing again.

Hi -- I'm having this same issue. I recently upgraded to premium and my iphone isn't recognizing it. I've deleted and reinstalled the app twice, and have restarted my phone too. Any help would be appreciated -- I'm going on a long road trip in 2 days and would love to be able to use Spotify on the drive! 

Verify that spotify took out the money from your account. If you're using the trial, it took about a full day for the trial to be applied to my account.

I'd love a moderator to please help me with this issue. I've been subscribing as a premium user for months now and I'm still not getting my account on my iPhone. Help please!!!!

It has been about 6 days since the new IOS update and I haven't been able to get on since. I use Spotify on my iPhone almost exclusively so it's currently something I pay for but can't use. If this goes on any longer I feel that all premium users should be reimbursed for the month.
