Hi there,
ive got a big problem...
I ve got spotify since 1,5 year now and never had issues, but this morning suddenly my iphone and my ipad both told me, that i should upgrade to premium, an also deleted my offline playlists, which have gotten quite big in the last months...
However, I checked my Bankaccount, and I paid at the beginning of the month, what ive been doing since I upgraded 1,5 year ago...
I tried reinstalling, rebooting etc. but nothing worked.... What can I do?!

What's a Spotify Rock Star, and how do I become one?
My spotify says, I am Premium, so I can't upgrade. But the payment doesn't work - don't know why, I didn't change anything! It worked for a year! And i can't change my payment.
So what can I do, I need Spotify on my phone 😞 😞 😞
My Account says: Premium.
I looked into my Bankaccount - the 9.99 were paid!
