Spotify Premium on iPad is grey

My Spotify app will not download to IPad. It is ok on iPhone and PC. The Spotify app disappeared from IPad.
I can see it in the overview over apps bought, but I can not open this because it is "grey'.

What iOS version are you running? Are you saying the app isn't selectible, like the app isn't compatible?

What are the device details?

From the iPad Home screen, if you swipe left to the search bar, can you search for Spotify that way?

I can search for Spotify there but no hits on app just from mail and Internet.

I saw now that I had several apps that was "grey", so I will also ask Apple for help.

Do you have anything set under Restrictions in Settings? Spotify is rated 12+, and if the App restrictions are set to lower than this it would result in exactly what you are seeing.

Good call. I'm an Android person and if an app has it's content rating above the minimum, it just doesn't show 🙂
