Spotify Premium won't connect on iOS (iPhone & iPad) & Mac. Please help!

Hi,

I have a german spotify permium account, and since 2 weeks it will not connect anymore on iPhone or iPad. Just says connecting... at the very bottom of the app. The Spotify App on Mac wont open, just keeps telling me to try at a later time.

What could be the problem?

Am currently in South Africa, but have been here since 4 months and the app worked fine 3.5 of those months.

Any help is appreciated!

Hi,

Have you managed to resolve this issue as I am experiencing the same isssue, also based in South Africa.

If I go onto 3G then Spoitfy works fine.
