Spotify Radio - Can't "dislike" / thumbs down a song

When I listen to radio on my iPhone, I can "like" a song, but I can't "dislike" it. The thumbs down button is there but nothing happens when I touch it.

For me, both the thumbs up AND down are disabled. I have tried restarting the phone and app. No difference. In the web player, I am able to vote on tracks, but not in the iOS app.

Having the same issue with just one song. I don't have it added in any of my lists, and for some reason it appears "liked", although I hate the song. I am not able to unlike it either. I can just skip it, but what's the point of paying for premium if I cannot have control over this.
