Spotify SLOW on iPad since last update

Spotify SLOW on iPad since last update

Okay so since probably the 2.0 Soptify update, it's running extremely **bleep**ing slow on iPad. Works find on my iPhone 5 but not the iPad Air. And I am paying for Premium subscribtion but can't listen to no **bleep**ing music on iPad. I have a WiFi speed of 82.5 Mbps, but it doesn't seems to help, at all. Browse page takes forever to load, around 2 minutes to load a playlist to be exact. WHY? It was working fine! I also tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but it does not help at all. Is there any solution? 

 

Since Spotify grew bigger and bigger, I have exerienced more and more problems. I used to rate Spotify 5 stars on app store but on the latest version I rated 1 star. Please, spotify.

Umm thanks for the reply but no, the problem was still not solved and I'm
really frustrated! 😞 Literally I can only listen to the songs I added to
"my songs" before! I tried reinstalling the app but the problem is still
there! And it only happens on my iPad as I said, I have no idea why to be
honest. Please help!

By the way I'm surprised that Spotify doesn't have a customer support email
or something, all I can do is to post in this community website. I heard
that Spotify have over 3 million active subscribers and there is no support
email or phone number? C'mon! Learn from Amazon!

Is anyone from Spotify going to help me or nah

 

I am a fricking paid subscriber, and Spotify has no customer service at all. 

 

The service WAS good, not anymore. Will unsubscribe.
