Currently a very unhappy customer !!!

 

I have been going back and forth with both Spotify and iTunes for months. Not only is it IMPOSSIBLE to find a way to contact Spotify support via their webpage, the last time I did NO ONE responded.

 

My Spotify Case # is 02139397. My original issue was something like, "I have been paying FULL PRICE for Spotify premium since 2012! Since when is there a discount and how do I get it for myself?" -- Then, for god knows what reason, my issue was UNABLE to be resolved as I thought it would, I was charged for 2 FULL months over the course of time it took for Spotify to teach me how to get the discount and then figure out exactly why my account wouldn't let me upgrade to it. We discovered it was because I signed up through iTunes. THEN I finally cancelled through iTunes and was offered TWO FREE MONTHS of Spotify Premium for my trouble. I sent a NEW REQUEST in for support and HEARD NOTHING BACK. Which means my premium ran out and my playlists that I synced offline were no longer available as I was downgraded to the free version. I SHOULD HAVE Spotify student premium @ 4.99 per month with two free months and currently I have NOTHING.

 

SPOTIFY SUPPORT PLEASE HELP !!!
