So a few days ago Spotify has issues, one of them being my playlists whenever I would disconnect from wifi would completely undownload. I thought nothing much of it, but the problem is still persisting after many days, many clean reinstalls, following previous threads yet nothing is working. This is very frustrating

Hey there @Refusal,
Thanks for the post.
This is a very strange issue. Can you let us know if the downloads disappear completely, or do the songs become grayed out and the little 'Download arrow' symbol becomes grayed out.
Usually offline content will be automatically removed after 30 days of not connecting to the internet.
You can try logging in with your account on another phone or PC and check if the downloads disappear there after disconnecting from the internet as well. This is a good way to check if the issue is related to your account or to the specific phone.
Keep us posted on how you get on.
The songs grey out and the downloaded symbol disappears from the songs. It seems that there is the same issue when using my laptop
Have same issue. It started while they added AI shuffle to the app. It’s impossible to play any song from downloaded playlist or album without internet connection.
Song are downloaded to the phone, because on the memory page it’s showing used space for them, and they immediately going to green symbol while you have active internet connection.
tried to reinstall Spotify, downloaded all songs again, but it doesn’t help.
Time to change to other streaming platform…
I’ve dealing with the same issue with different devices a couple years ago, only with internet connection i can access to my downloaded music, no wifi or no internet connection thru my mobile provider means no music on Spotify. Once i get connected to internet automatically my downloaded songs turn green. I have enough memory so that’s not a problem. I really need help with this because it has became a factor to change to other music streamers.
