Spotify Won’t Work Offline

Just recently my Premium that I’ve had for a couple years now hasn’t been working offline. It started using my data for songs I have downloaded already. It won’t play any songs unless I’m connected to Wifi or my cellular data. I tried signing out of all devices, shutting down my phone and restarting, deleting 6Gig worth of data thinking maybe I don’t have enough storage but it’s still not working. Really debating on switching to Apple Music but don’t wanna get rid of my 1600+ songs. I checked my settings, allowing offline use, and have since turned off my cellular data for Spotify since it’s eating up my data. Any advice would be appreciated.

I know it sounds simple, but it's often overlooked. Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a quick clean reinstall of the app. Just follow these steps.

Make sure to have the latest updates installed for both iOS and Spotify.

I'd also recommend using the Remove Offline devices, you can do it here.

If you're still having trouble, could you let me know the exact version of Spotify and the exact version of the operating system you're running?
