My Question or Issue

Spotify app crashing constantly after iOS 16.7.10 update on iPhone 8....  Not even able to enjoy a full song, the app shuts down after a minute or two.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and welcome.

 

This was an Ongoing issue that was fixed a couple of weeks ago by internal teams. So in this case, we'd first recommend performing a clean reinstall of the app by following the steps in this article to make sure you're running the latest version of the app.

 

If the issue persists, would you mind checking on a different device (using your own account) to see if it makes any difference? If you don't have another one available, you can borrow one from a friend or family member to test it out. 


Lastly, include in your next response the Spotify version you're currently running on your device to continue investigating the case.
