Spotify-app shuts down after one minute when I open another app.

Same thing happens when I just shut down my iPhone' screen. The only way to listen to music is to keep the app open.
I have tried all your typical advice and solutions: restarted my phone several times, cleared the queue, logged out of the app, everything. And yes, I have the newest version of the app on my iPhone. My iPhone's battery health is good, background activity is allowed for the application, Internet connection is perfect. This has been going on for two days now, so I'll need your help now.

Have you tried recreating this issue with a different account? If a family member has a Spotify account, it could be a good idea to ask them to log in on your device to see if the app behaves the same way.

In case it does, try reinstalling the app with the steps here as this should help you solve this. It'll will remove any corrupted files from previous installations and make sure that old files that might be causing troubles are gone.
