My Question or Issue

I've had Spotify for only a couple of weeks now and have been enjoying it for that timespan, that is, until I opened up the app and the only thing that greets me is the premium page with no 'x' to back out with. I've tried restarting my phone guessing it was a simple bug but even then it wouldn't solve itself. Before that I also tried logging out and logging back in again only to come face to face with a bigger problem. My profile picture wouldn't show up, my playlists showed up as 0, and going into the settings my username only came up as a jarble of letters and numbers. When I try logging in even using the same password I can only log in with my email and when I do my username comes up as my username which I've logged out of and tried logging in as again, thinking the capitalization was the problem; no. I can't login with my username. I tried 'logging in without password' but when I insert my username the mail doesn't come through. I've checked all my inboxes including spam, but there's nothing and the only mail from Spotify there is is one from a few weeks back asking to confirm my password. I've even redownloaded the app thinking somehow that'd solve it but nothing has changed. I will like to remind you that I never, in my very short time of having Spotify, have logged out of my account on mobile; but all my information had changed sans the username it displays on my profile and my following list. I have strong conviction that this somehow had to do with me trying to login to Spotify via my laptop, which ended up not working as I apparently needed Spotify premium to play any of the songs I wanted to play. Something curious that I noticed immediately after logging onto Spotify on my laptop was the lack of pfp and jarbled username that I have mentioned numerous times before. Even then, I can't come to think of this as an account issue as the site I logged into was displayed as secure and most definitely the official Spotify website. On top of that, it's very clearly an app issue as no hacking attempt should make my phone display the Spotify premium ad of all things right after logging in and block me from using any of the app's features except access the settings from the three bars in the rightmost top corner. I thought this was an odd bug and am baffled to think that it may be a feature, and not a bug, and even if some of the things I mentioned in this one post were in fact meant as features, I will have to think that at least one of these things are bugs. I'll assume that the most of this was caused by some sort of syncing error and that my account may be recovered soon. 

For the record, my name is apparently 'tsqbnwc31301...' (I won't finish it because of how god forsakenly long it is) also, it only allows me to choose 'male' or 'female' for my gender when I'm pretty sure that when I first signed in they had a non binary option? When I went to check with it it displayed it as 'male' when I know that if there was no non binary option I would've chosen 'Female' 😕 this is a very strange bug you have.
