Spotify app won’t open on iPhone

My Question or Issue

i got a message earlier asking me to clear space via the manage storage section and removed Spotify as nothing else was working. Now it won’t open to reload it. I’ve tried reset, deleted the icon, going into the App Store and trying from there and still nothing

Thanks for getting in touch through the Community.

Could you try deleting the following?:

1. Delete the Spotify app from your phone
2. Turn off your phone
3. Turn your phone back on
4. Download the Spotify app again

When I open Spotify on either my iPhone or iPad it immediately minimizes.  I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling and restarting - still the same result.  I want my music!  How can I fix this?

delete the app restart the phone then download it. i had this problem just now but was able to fix it
