My Question or Issue

Every time I try to access any Spotify chart the app freezes on this black screen and I don't get to see the chart and I have to shut down the app and reopen it

Hey @andrealambert34 

I would recommend some steps that could help you get your charts back.

First log off and log back in. It could be possible that you need to resync your account again inorder to have access to the charts.

If that doesnt work i would try reinstalling the app. Sometimes the files were properly installed and thus giving you a frozen chart.
