my Spotify code won’t work says no code found I’ve got a picture attached of said code , the app just said no Code found

Could you try scanning the code by moving to better lighting - A room with the light on, or outside during the day with clear lighting?

You're able to scan Spotify codes following these steps. You can also take the Spotify code, save the code image to your phone’s photo gallery, you can tap SELECT FROM PHOTOS.

Make sure to take the picture or scan the code in a well-lit environment.

Yes I know how to do it, ive tried multiple times with multiple rooms and it doesent work for me .

That's odd. Could you try scanning the code on a different device if possible? If you don't have another device or it's still not working - please send a well-lit picture of the code and I'll take a closer look.

In order for the code to work, it’s best for you to print it directly; Spotify Codes need the Spotify logo at the front so they can be read by the scanner.

Hello I have downloaded the scanner from spotify and it says code not found I have make a spotify plaque it says code not found i have already made the spotify plaque and now it’s acting up like thid
