App or webb plyer do not work anymore since of today?
error Message say accpunt do not exist but i can logg in and see my profile and account detailes.

If you are already logged in on your browser, the easiest way is to head to your Account Overview page. There you can find both your username along with the email address that is associated with your Spotify account.
Try logging using the username and password. If you're not able to, you can reset your password here.
If this doesn't do the trick, please share with us a screenshot showing the error message. Make sure to not show any personal info.

Since this is happening only on your iPad, please do a clean reinstall of the app. This is often an overlooked step, but it’s more thorough than a regular one and can be helpful to get rid of any cache that might be causing trouble.
If the issue persists, could you try using a different Internet connection, like another WiFi network or a mobile hotspot to see if that makes any difference?

Nothing works
Spotify works as intended on PC and iPhone.
On iPad i can access my account pages but not use the app or the Webb-player.
Same with Safari or Chrome.

Since the iPad is quite old and it's running iOS 10.3, it most likely can't run Spotify at all. The minimum system requirements is an iOS device with iOS 12 or above.
As a last resort you might consider factory resetting the iPad, however we can't guarantee that the app will run on it after that.
