Spotify does not play songs

Hey there,

I have a very annoying issue with Spotify since I switched to premium. It works perfectly on my mac, but on my iPhone, it doesn't work:

Every time I download the app to my iphone and play the first song from a playlist on shuffle, it works fine and plays the song. If I forward to the next song or the song ends by itself, it doesn't play anymore. The play button changes to the "pause" function and I can move the trackbar, but there is no sound and the track doesn't play alone. Other playlists, artists or songs don't work either.

If I reinstall the app on my iphone, I get is the same result: the first song plays perfectly fine, but as soon as the song ends, it doesn't play anymore. Same with forward.

Things I already did:

- reinstall Spotify on my mac several times (including clean uninstall, deleting the application support folder and the cahce folder).

- reinstall Spotify on my iphone several times (and again, the first song played works)

- changed settings on my iphone and mac (e.g. turned high quality stream for premium members on/off)

This is really annoying, because it worked fine for me, before I switched to premium. I am going on vacation in 2 days and yould like to listen to some music.

Any clues?

Ok, for some people of the future having the same issues, I've found a solution and I realized I'm kind of dumb:

I've updated my iPhone to the newest version of iOS and it works perfectly fine since yetserday. 

HOWEVER, I encountered the issue before the newest update of iOS. So there might still be a problem underneath, independent of my iOS update. I remember updating the spotify app some time ago, without updating the iOS first, witch made the problem appear in the first place. 

Still don't know whats going on, but I am happy that it works again.
