Spotify doesn't connect to internet (WiFi)

The App doesn't connect to internet, so I can't download all the playlist I had before to play it in offline mode. I already deleted the app and install again but it doesn't work. I'm paying for the Premium account and is unacceptable to have this kind of troubles so often.

I need that someone of Spotify Support give me a solution, please. Or I'll have to stop paying and use it.
