Spotify dropping out using bluetooth

My Question or Issue

 I have been using Spotify without issue for the last couple of months...however it has suddenly started to randomly dropout and lag and look for other devices, then continue to play music.  This can happen anywhere around 10x per song...!! I have logged out of every device and reinstalled Spotify and still experiencing the same problem.  I do not have a problem playing my iTunes library via bluetooth... only with Spotify...!!
