Spotify for iOS 1.5.0.2728 crashes randomly

Beginning on 8/14/14, the Spotify app for iOS crashes unexpectedly without warning.  The crash occurs regardless if a song is playing or not.  Sometimes, it will play for up to 10 minutes, other times it will crash and close after a minute or two.

So far, I have done the following:

-Remove offline devices from the Spotify website

-Cleared Safari Cache

-Removed Spotify App and Reinstalled

-Re-synced playlists

-Removed Facebook app and reinstalled

-Tried using app with WiFi disabled and LTE enabled

At this point, I feel I have run out of options.  Any suggestions?

You have to backup your device w/iTunes and restore your device and set it up from your backup:
