My Question or Issue

 Spotify says offline when the phone is connceted to work WiFi; OK on 4G and home wifi; other colleagues do not have the issue so not a local setting issue

I know it sounds simple, but it's often overlooked. Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a quick clean reinstall of the app. Just follow these steps.

If you're still having trouble, could you let me know the exact version of Spotify and the exact version of the operating system you're running?

Thanks: I did try both these solutions before I contacted you., including deleting the app and then restarting the phone and then reinstalling

Thanks for letting me know.

Since it doesn't work only with the work wifi I'd recommend contacting the person that monitors it.

While that is being checked, could you please try signing in with another account to see if that helps?
