Spotify is not displaying song's info on my car audio display

Operating System: iOS 13.1.3

Spotify no longer displays anything in my Car Audio. It's just a blank, black screen without song's detail (album, title, etc). The Audio Head unit control still work (next, play, prev), but song info is just blank.

Must be an iOS 13 issue because it worked fine before that. 

I have updated to the latest Spotify app, and it still doesn't work.

i have tried deleting bluetooth and re-pair both device, still no success.
