Spotify keeps logging off and musics are no longer available offline

Hello

I have Spotify premium account and do the log in through my facebook account.

Since last month, apparentely for no reason, when I start the Spotify app, it asks me to do the log in again. I do the log in through facebook, and suddenly all my offline musics are deleted and no longer available!!

This is most anoying because I have to wait until good Wife for the musics to download again!

Follow the steps here to reinstall the Spotify app on your iPod Touch, iPhone, or iPad. (Important: Make sure you restart your device during this).

Try logging into Spotify over a different Internet connection, if possible.

It's possible the download limit exceeds the maximum storage on your device. I'd suggest you check. the Sync quality settings on your app to check they're normal quality. 

If none of those resolve the issue, try downloading on a different device to see if the same issue occurs.
