My Question or Issue

ive disconnected Facebook login, reconnected, tried email and pass. Switch accounts. Everytime I login, and check settings it says "unable to login either username or password is incorrect, have you signed up for a Spotify account?"

but im signed in. I close the app, reopen, instantly says "couldn't login".

ive reset my password, tried a device password, signed out all devices. This is annoying to do.

Maybe I can help. Have you tried a clean reinstall of the app?

Follo these steps: support.spotify.com/article/reinstallation-of-spotify

 

I would also recommend updating to iOS 12.4.
