Spotify not working at all

Spotify app on iPad says it is not connected to the internet although the device is connected and every other app can use the internet. Spotify on my Windows computer will not open at all so I tried to delet it and reinstall but the site where it gives you the link to reinstall says it cannot be reached. The Spotify web player says it can also not be reached. I am connected to the internet and everything and all other downloads, apps, websites appart from Spotify are working.

That's odd. Does it work on your mobile app?

Could you try reinstalling the app to see if it helps?
