Spotify not working on my MacBook Pro

Does the dmg file download from the web?

Does the installation process start at all?

i can access it from my iphone. everytime i try to reinstall it starts the process and as soon as the icon appears on my dashboard, then it disappears.

Welcome to the Community! Try Removing it completely and deleting the Cache com.spotify.client

It seems to start then immediatley disappears

I've installed it twice
