Spotify on iOS9 - iPhone won't play Videos and Siri does not work with Spotify installed

I recently noticed that I could no longer play videos from any source on my iPhone 6 Plus. Also, Siri would not load, and I could no longer get audible notifications. I had assumed it was an iOS 9 bug since I'd recently updated. After 9.0.1 came out and the bug was not fixed, I started trying to fix it.

After a couple hours of Restoring my phone, I finally realized that it was one of my apps causing the problem. Everything was in normal working condition, until all my apps were synced. One By One I started installing apps to find the culprit. SPOTIFY.

As soon as I instal Spotify on iOS9, Videos will no longer play, and Siri doesn't work.

When I remove Spotify and Restart the phone, everything works fine again.

Hopeing this gets resolved soon as I no longer use iTunes and rely on spotify for Music.
