Spotify on iPhone4 stops syncing half way and does not restart

Really frustrating.

I cannot sync now tracks onto my playlists (for offline play). It starts, randomly, and stops and does not finish. 

How can force spotify to sync new songs on my phone?

If you have physical tracks (Local Files) that's located on your computer, you need to make sure you open the Spotify app on your PC/Mac/Linux and head to the Devices Tab AND open the app on your iPhone.
Also make sure that the computer and the phone is on the same wifi network.
If it still does not work, go to your iPhone and open a Personal Hotspot and connect your computer to the wifi network on your iPhone and all should be well!
