Spotify premium has crashed and won't sync

Hi,

I have Spotify Premium and up to now have had no major problems with it. However yesterday all of a sudden over half my starred songs (I have about 2,700 in total) became unsynced from my ipod touch 4th gen., following this I copied all starred songs into the 'your music: songs' folder on my computer so as not to have to save each song individually again) and now everytime I open the app to try and sync them onto my device again it just crashes/freezes . I have reinstalled it and also refreshed the home screen but to no avail, and as of now I cannot use the Spotify app at all.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

How much free space do you have on your iPod?

Hi,

I do have enough free space (I currently have just under 10 GB free) and I deleted some mp3's yesterday to free up some more. The app is actually syncing the songs at the moment, although pretty slowly and it is still freezing and going back to the home screen quite often. I think it is mainly just the large amount of songs that are being synced and that my device has trouble handling it for some reason. I still don't know why exactly the songs got unsynced but hopefully when they are finished syncing the spotify app will work as normal again.

At the moment, it's not loading at all beyond the initial spotify icon.
