Spotify premium on iPhone

Ok so I just got an iTunes gift card for Christmas and I put it in my Apple Store which is the way I pay for Spotify but my premium just ended but I want to do the new 99 cents for 3 months deal however when on my app I choose to get premium it's just the usual 9.99 not the deal but when I try and get the deal it brings me to Safari and it's not connected to my Apple Store so I can't pay for it online cause I don't have a credit card so my question is how can I pay for the new deal without going threw the website or is there no way and I'm just gonna have to pay the regular 9.99 and get no deal

As you have been a Premium user you're not eligible for the offer, also you can't pay the offer through iTunes (in-app purchases).

I paid for my premium just now but It doesn't want to let me
